• Wildlife, specifically black rhinos ~ Lewa is home to over 105 endangered black rhinos and over 99 white rhinos, and the world’s largest population of the endangered Grevy’s zebra.
• There is an archaeological site on Lewa, which is rich in tools used by prehistoric man. It is thought the site was an “artisan’s shop”, where the tools were made, as there are so many that a site for domestic use is unlikely.
