Welcome To Kenya
Lying on the eastern coast of Africa, Kenya is one of the world’s best tourist destinations. Kenya is globally celebrated for her scenic topography, wide array of wildlife, beautiful coastline and her friendly & hospitable people. Kenya borders Tanzania to the south, Uganda to the west, Somalia to the East and Sudan to the North. This is the land where the big five: lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards and buffalos still roam free in their natural habitat. This is the land of Maasai Mara, the stage for the wildebeest migration, one of the seven wonders of the modern world.

Know your Zebra's
(Swahili Name: Punda Milia)

There are 3 distinct species of Zebra; two of these species are found in East Africa. The Zebra species with the highest population and most widely spread is the Plains Zebra, also commonly known as the Burchell’s Zebra. The other is the Grevy’s Zebra, named after a former president of France in the 1800’s - Jules Grevy, who received one from the Ethiopian Empire (Abyssinia) as a gift, and is now only most commonly found in northern Kenya. The third species the Mountain Zebra or Equus zebra is not found in East Africa (so don’t go looking for it guys!!), and is most commonly found in Southern and South-Western Africa…
