1) The Go Places Privilege Card will be used by the authorised person only.

2) The Go Places Privilege Card cannot be used with any other offers unless specified.

3) Discounts, points and rewards offered by the partners may change from time to time and it will be the card holders responsibility to confirm with the partners before presenting the card

4) No cash refunds can be made for any discounts, points and rewards offered. Unless specified.

5) Go Places Privilege Card and its associate companies will not be held responsible for any type of service provided by the partners.

6) No refunds will be made for subscriptions. Whether payment for subscription is made by cash or credit card, Go Places or the credit card company will not be held responsible for any of these refunds for subscription.

7) In the case where the subscription is made together with the magazine, all care will be taken to have these magazines delivered to you. However it will be your responsibility to contact our delivery department if the magazines do not reach you.

8) Unless you have requested for cancellation of your card in writing, upon expiry a new card will be sent to you together with a fee note for the renewal.

9) The card will be valid for 365 days from the date of issue. This card will not be used after the expiry date and the system will block the card.

10) In case the card is lost, you will report this to our card centre within 24 hours and a replacement will be made upon payment of Kshs. 500.00.

11) You will receive our regular e-news via email. However if you do not want to receive the same you must unsubscribe online.

12) In the case you win prizes through any of our promotions we will use your photos in our publications.
